Yesterday's Food:
B:cabbage, oatmeal, banana, maple syrup, coffee with soy milk
L: cabbage, African stew
S: stir fried veg, potatoes, salsa, apple
Sn: berries, bread with margarine and jam in afternoon (arggh!) - lessons learned, wasn't prepared with food at ready in fridge - grocery day tomorrow
Exercise: 9 holes golf (no cart), morning walk and abs (yahoo two days exercise in a row; small victory); still nursing sore knee from bike ride
