Beth, I agree the overeating struggle will be a longer project, but I think with time we will both get better and better at it.

I like to use Cronometer once in a while. I also use MyFitnessPal on the odd occasion. I Iike MyFitnessPal as it will give me the % breakdown for Carbs/Protein/Fats in a nice like round pie chart. This helps me see just how much fat there is in nuts and seeds which I’m sure are partially what keeps me too far from my ideal weight. :eek:

I should think about getting a rebounder. Enjoy the bouncing.
