upping my game

Hi all - gosh, I haven't been here on the discussion board in years. But for any "oldies" I was here from the beginning beginning!

So - Lost 20 pounds since 2017. That's good.

Here are my action goals for upping my game:

1. eliminate white flour products for 30 day experiment.

2. eat my delicious homegrown sprouts at least 2 cups a day (with CA balsamic it's delicious!) especially broccoli sprouts

3. Walk 1/2 hour a day.

And keep on with everything else I already do: plant exclusive, lots of big crazy salads, potatoes, lentils and rice.

Things I haven't given up yet - full disclosure:
cup of black C in the morning
sugar on my oats in the morning
rare but sometimes added oil
