I have been following the McDougall program since 2015. Admittedly have had not been 100% with processed foods. For the last three months I have been 100%. I have been having severe acid reflux with spasms of the esophagus and constipation. I just had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. The colonoscopy was fine the endoscopy, they did a biopsy stating I have Barrett’s esophagus with a hiatal hernia.
For the last three months I have been vigilant with no processed foods next to no added oil‘s. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve had constipation and reflux with cramping and spasms of the esophagus.
Looking for some experience strength and hope with this issue. I
