Vasculitis cured

I was searching the site and couldn’t find the answer to this: has anyone cured their Vasculitis using the McDougal diet? Everything I’ve read online says there is no cure but common sense seems to say the body can heal itself off weren’ we aren’t too far down a disease path. I’d like to hear of any success story. Many thanks!

I am hoping for the same. My Rheumatologist/Vasculitis Specialist who just recently retired was arguably the top Vasculitis Specialist for all of Canada. He told me several times that I will never be rid of my diagnosis of GPA (Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis) and also when I asked about diet, he said diet does not affect the disease one way or another.
