Apologize ahead of time for more whining....
This feels like the longest week at work. I have a caffeine headache, and went to bed on time but still feel tired. Still exercising...missed yesterday, but still on track.
Surgery is scheduled for next month, but I still feel tentative about it. I'm hoping for a clear "this is right" sign. If only I had a crystal ball!
Based on the last two years, it's the right thing, but of course, I don't know if things will stay the same. Trying to make healthy progress until then in hopes to feel better through recovery.
Exercise: 30 minute "walk at home" ...oops, it was about 15. My foot hurt.
B: Oats, frozen peaches, flax
S: 1/2 large sweet potato--nom nom nom!
L: McDougal soup cup, large salad, cooked veg.
S: Tootsie rolls
(one of my faves, unfortunately in the break room at work).
D: Lentil soup, salad or veg, popcorn?
MWL goals:
1. Eliminate All Animal Foods
2. Eliminate All Oils
3. Eliminate All High Fat Plant Foods: Nuts, Nut Butters, Seeds, Seed Butters, Avocados, Coconut, & Olives.
4. Eliminate All Flour Products
5. Eat Whole Grains and Potatoes
6. Eat Legumes
7. Make Green & Yellow Vegetables One-Half to One-Third of your meal
8. Eat Uncooked Foods
9. Restrict Fresh Fruit to No More Than Two Servings a Day, and Avoid Dried Fruit, Fruit Puree, and Fruit Juice
10. Use Simple Sugar Sparingly
