After a 4 month break, I am getting back into my food journaling.
Meal 1:
Salad with arugula, great northern beans, beets, mandarin oranges, and balsamic vinegar.
Oatmeal with banana.
Meal 2:
Salad with romaine lettuce, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, corn, and Dr. McDougalls Caesar dressing
Blueberries with a splash of almond milk
ETA add I ate chips late at night before bed, oops! Chips have been removed from the house and should no longer be a problem.
