Brunch : leftovers pasta from yesterday night and salad (lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, onion)
Diner : brown pasta (mushroom, parsley, onion) and salad (lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, onion)

I didn't work out.

09/10

Kind of proud of myself because I see postive changes.
1- Before I was a bit ashamed to say that I wanted to lose weight and/or saying other people what I want to eat or not. Result : I would need a lot of will power and felt bad of eating out of plan. Tomorrow I'll meet with a friend for lunch. She wanted to bring stuff to eat and I said to her that I'm doing the MWLP. Also, my husband and I are planning a weekend trip and we discussed our strategy plan to stay as on track as possible.
2 - I've came to realize that I'm not the problem, my organisation is. I don't need willpower, I need to plan how to succeed and make it very realistic and simple. I also need to think about things before hand. I can see how much my own narrative impacts my future behavior.
3 - Today I met with friends who had cakes, and I didn't had any.

05/07

L : salad (tomato and lettuce) and spaghetti (tomato sauce and veggies)
D : take out sushi (some had avocado and the rice had some sesame seeds on top), edamame and home made miso soup

Biking was a lot of fun, I'm going to do it more often.
I feel like sushi is the less bad take out food avaible to me but still moderation/consistency is key.
Today I started leanring about the craving mechanism in the brain. It's a cue followed by an action. When I saw the sushi restaurant's add I fall for it. It's good to know how it works to be able to be free from it.
Also, only veggies for breakfast isn't enough. I was very hungry during the morning. I need to think aout having starches ready to eat in my fridge because I can't cook in the morning.

I was called by my work in the middle of the morning to go work there. I went to the store and bought some soup for lunch (didn't had time to cook). I took the only vegan one (whiche also was the less caloric dense). It had a little bit of oil but I feel like it still was a better choice than something else. It was 30 calories/100ml but I don't really understand how much it really is compared to other foods.

We had sushis tonight. They have a vegan menu but it came with cheese... didn't want to waste it so I ate it (among other real vegan things). I'm not happy because it was hard for me to choose cucumber/radish makis instead of fried onion and avocado but I did it. And I was proud. I'm afraid to got out of track because of today. I planned carefully my lunch for tomorrow because I will be at work again and I want a 10/10 day.

(please, if someone is reading, forgive my english :o )

These past few days I've been realizing how my own internal narrative is negative and how it's impacting me. I feel like a failure even if I make good choices and work (quite better than in the past) to change my habits. This negative thoughts patterns make me want to quit because I feel like I don't succeed. But in reaity, I'm improving. I need to be very vigilent with this and not stop my progress over a lie ! My days are not perfect but life works that way. I need to focus on small victories and constent better choices.

Today, didn't felt like exercising and I craved some chips or other junk. I baked an apple and went for a long walk. Feels like going in the right direction ! Also I don't know why but I was SO hungry tonight. In french, we have a saying "avoir une faim de loup", the litteral translation is "having a wolf's hunger". It was definitly me
