ISO sauce recipes

Postby Lyndzie » Sun Jan 16, 2022 4:12 pm

Hi friends.

I need some sauce recipes. Something creamy preferably, no nuts, not gravy. Something for a salad. What do you got?

Lyndzie, I use my magic bullet to make a sauce every week . I have found navy beans make the creamiest sauce. I use this as salad dressing mostly, but it is good for pasta or potatoes too. I sometimes add tahini, but you don’t have to if avoiding seeds also. I add to taste mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, lemon juice and hot sauce. I thin it with water. Sometimes I add a date or a few raisins also.

For salad dressing I often blend 1/2 fresh cut pineapple, and flavor with mustard, oregano, salt, etc.

For creamy white sauce I blend equal portions white beans and steamed cauliflower, then further flavor with herbs and spices. (I've tried just cauliflower, and just white beans.)

What is ISO sauce?
