Why is honey not acceptable? Any studies supporting it?
It has a higher caloric, load but so does nuts.
Can anyone Explain ?
And also I saw chocolate on some FOK recipes - isn't that violated the must be unprocessed rule?
New and trying to figure it out.
Thanks

Many here are vegan and honey is not considered vegan by many. Some use it as an added sugar. We limit all added sugars.

Virtually all the food we eat is processed. Processing can be good or bad. We avoid unhealthy processed foods.
Chocolate is very high in calorie density, very high in fat and saturated fat.
