I do a more restricted Program to maintain my weight & health. I have been McDougalling for about 30 years, with a long transition, until I finally accepted this lifestyle, stayed on Program and reached my goal back in 2006.

I agree. And this new board works so well. I appreciate the lack of popups. They used to make my browser crash often since I'm on an older system. The software you're using is great.

I love this style of board, thank you for hosting this. There was so much on the other board that I wanted to read, but it took so long to load on dial-up, and I had to wait for a whole page to load to read just ONE response. Now I can read what everyone says on a topic, at the same time! Yay!
