Good morning all and welcome to the newbies in the group,
down one pound this week. Still travelling in the right direction. I think I need to have some serious thoughts about hummus on bagels vs speeding up the weight loss.
Also, why do the makers of fine vegan treats make them so tasty rather than make them healthy? What is that all about
Work's been awful this week, so I'll take my pound and be happy. It's no small sign of progress that I didn't go on a full blown binge to balance the stress and frustration.
