I'm on board with a whole-food, plant-based diet. This is my best option I believe. However, I can't seem to find consistent and reliable information on organic. I'm excited to adopt this new life style of whole foods. The book "The Forks Over Knives Plan: How to Transition to the Life-Saving, Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet" has been the book that I didn't know I needed. In the past I haven't been able to successfully transition to this diet, but after reading the book. I feel so much more confident. I now have an effective plan. However, I'm stumped on organic. My logic and research is leading me to conclude that only certain items or produce is worth buying organic. Others are only marketed, but don't pose serious risk.
