I've come to the point where I really enjoy my workouts. I haven't felt like this since I wrestled in College. This is in most part due to the trainer I am lucky enough to be able to work with. He is a professional MMA fighter and keeps my workouts very dynamic. I started Vlogging partially to document the process but also to hopefully inspire other people as big as myself to find joy in fitness and being active. In addition to workouts, I'm also doing things like martial arts training and teaching myself to skateboard. If you know anyone that may benefit form seeing a obese man in his mid 30's try out different exercises and activities, I'd really appreciate your support and/or sharing.
