So I finally bought one many months ago. At Dick's Sporting Goods I bought a Theragun G3 Premium:
https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/p/th ... ng3xxxxeacIt is listed at $350 but I think it was $400 when I bought it. Yeah, they overcharge a lot for what these devices are, but considering a massage costs like $100 for an hour where I live, I would recommend these devices to everyone. All the friends and family that have tried it love it.
Just yesterday I went for a bike ride and I noticed a bad knot in my left hamstring. I just finished working on it with the massage gun for like 4 minutes and it has already made a world or difference. For me it is worth it, because I hate foam rolling on the floor, this is more pleasant to use for me. The amount of relief you can get from chronic muscle tension and tightness and the quick work it does on knotted muscles make these devices worth it even though they upcharge like crazy.
I think the Timtam may be a better device and they have a more affordable $200 model but I think they only sell online and I really would want to test something in person first:

Eventually I will probably get a quieter model and gift my current one to my brother. I would say mine is as loud as maybe a food processor.
