HI - we are new MacDougallers (since Easter 2012). My husband is 6' 3" and was about 185 lbs at the start of our journey. He now weighs 166 lbs (as of today, 8/31/12). Does anyone have any advice on whether he should do something to maintain his weight? We started this new lifestyle to get fit from the inside out - weight loss was not out primary concern! Any helpful suggestions are very welcome
