Hi !!!
I take natto daily for circulatory reasons and will be travelling for 5 weeks in autumn (in a hot country) so won't have access to my usual daily portion. Can anyone advise me what dose of vitamin K or combination of supplements I can take with me please?
Thanks in advance
Katherine

I appreciate your position, I came to the decision after reading around the subject and various internet sources. No one individual recomended it. I eat 40g per day.
