Been reading a financial book that talks about setting goals in writing to help them come true. My brain instantly went to my weight loss and health instead of finances but think it’s true for any goal. Also setting times which I’ve always avoided time to change that here and now. Main goal to get down to 125lbs and after that decide if I’m fine there or need more like doctors seem to think I do. Going to start with small goal of a pound or 2 a week.

Sounds reasonable, I drag my feet on goal setting. I don’t have a good excuse for not doing it other than fear of failure. Two pounds a weeks sounds really doable. Good luck and I might quitely follow suit.

You and me both but need to do it for my health. Even if I don’t make it completely it helps motivate me to get it done.

and same thing later with banana instead of blueberries.

to drink I have had water and about 12 oz's of aloe vera juice thinking about doing a half cup of tea to take edge off the headache better then soda right?

I've been thinking about giving up coffee, too. I listen to Dr. McDougall yesterday speak about all the ills of drinking the stuff, but here I am with my morning cuppa anyway. Hope the withdraw doesn't last too long for you. The headaches are what always put me back on the sauce. I'm such a wimp.

Mine is caffiene from Soda but same as when I gave up coffee. I actually started drinking the soda as much as I do when I quit the coffee bad choice now I got to get off it all over again. Celery and Ginger seem to help me a lot. Makes the headache a little more bareable.

posted in weightloss group but going to be posting in here too. 307lbs last Friday and 300.9lbs today 6.1lbs lost this week. going back under that 300 mark and plan on staying that way this time.

Feeling better from Migraine it's now only a headache will be glad when it is gone gone gone. I'm on down slope of getting caffiene out of my diet once again. Plan on keeping it out this time. I'm more determined to get health now.
