Just noticed I haven't put my food in since Friday. but it's been mainly potatoes and salad though I was bad and had Vegan Mac and Cheeze at our friends food cart she makes it yummy but definitely not McDougall has earth balance and the cashews make it not MWL.

My hubby has been on a baked fries kick every since he snagged one of mine when I made them. Keeps asking me to make more of them.

This weekend so far. Went and helped my cousin move. She had Vegan Peanut butter muffins and Vegan Snickerdoodles and some other Vegan goodies. The 2 I named are the ones I didn't manage to leave alone. On plus side we went to visit my parents and Dad wanted us to all go to Taco Bell and I said no I'm not eating out but we could eat something here. Ended up Hubby and Dad got Taco Bell and Mom and I had Potatoes with hot sauce and Concord grapes mmmmmmm.....

Woot. Got my first Tomato coming on my Tomato plants so exciting. Doing good on eating but my health tracker thing seems to think I'm not eating enough compared to my exercise but I'm eating till I'm full. It's been beautiful out been getting in walks and this weekend I got back on my bike for first time in over a year. Since we moved to Salem it is easier the ground isn't as hilly and the hills that are here aren't steep enough I can't bike up them at least on side of town I live on. Everyone keeps saying my Dog looks so cute riding on the back of it in my bag. Used to be the bike got a lot of attention because it's a recumbent trike but this year it's my dog that is getting the attention. laugh.

Nothing better than tomatoes fresh off the vine. Mmmmmm

Biking with your dog in your bike bag sounds adorable. I'd have to stop you to take a picture if I saw you out and about. Too cute :D

Laugh. I opened this to type and song went through my head. "Beans Beans Beans the more I eat the more I toot. Guess who had beans and rice for dinner. laugh.

I gave my doggy his own beans in his own bowl he ate them all and begged for mine.

He seems to love it. Glad he does because I love going on bike rides. Hard to believe May is almost over where did the time go. My hubby is being so helpful at moment he sees I'm losing weight since I've been saying no to going out unless it's a place that will do no oil and he's quit even asking to go to the other places. WOOT!!!!
