B - oatmeal with frozen strawberries and banana (sort of like Puddy's Purple Oatmeal)
L - split pea / barley soup and mustard greens
D - curried rice, blackeye peas, and mustard greens
S - fresh fruit and raw veggies
Everything I'm eating today has been cooked for several days (except the oatmeal). So, I opened my fridge this morning and planned my menu. I enjoy having food all prepared. Today I must decide which veggie soup recipe to make and review. Have a Great Day!!
