My cardiologist recommends that I take an electrolyte while playing tennis since I tend to get dehydrated despite taking lots of water. He also mentioned to avoid ones like Gatorade that are loaded with sugar. I'd appreciate some recommendations please

I wanted something without sugar or artificial flavors. I did a bunch of looking and came up with Fuelyte Electrolyte Pills (
https://www.amazon.com/Electrolyte-Pill ... B08KXK9FXM). They are sold as a capsule which you add to water. I have no idea if the composition is optimum, but I'll give it a try. I'll start with one tablet in a one liter bottle of water and increase as needed. I'm still looking for feedback on what others have used. Thanks
