I have stage 3 Primary Lymphedema. For those who don't know that means it is a systemic problem and not just in one area of the body as a result of surgery. I have had extremely limited mobility for last 4 years and only in last 6 months was diagnosed and beginning a (Time wasting ineffectual) treatment plan but which allows some (painful) walking.
Any dietary tips would be welcome - Looking to transition to WFPB over the next month.
Anyone know if WFPB helps reduce lymphedema or edema?
Thanks for feedback,

I had mild edema in my legs for I think a few years, which my PCP thought it was "venous insufficiency." The edema went away and has not returned after I improved my long-time WFPB diet more than 10 years ago by eliminating, except for rare occasions, salt, oil, nuts and other high-fat foods.
